SPECIAL NOTICE: Upcoming Events

 We have the Tri-State Radio Fest in April, our annual picnic in July and our annual Holiday Luncheon just after Thanksgiving.  MEETING NOTES: The agenda for most meetings includes a flea market (tables are free to members) and chat session, followed by a Subway lunch (for $7 cash only please), then any scheduled presentations, a brief business meeting and adjournment. Most meetings start at 9AM and are over by 2PM. We can’t wait to see you at the next PARS meeting!

Contest: Foreign Tube Radios!

The Tri-State Radio Fest is PARS largest annual event with a large flea market in the morning followed by a 200-lot auction starting about noon. TSRF also features a radio contest with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! The 2024 edition of TSRF will be the 18th time we have brought this event to Western Pennsylvania. Connect with all your antique radio friends once again at TSRF 2024 !!

NOTE that this is a SUNDAY event.

PARS Summer Picnic – SUNDAY July 20th 2025

10:00AM

CONTEST: Novelty Radios (one radio per member)

The much-loved PARS picnic will be held at the North Park Roosevelt Pavilion which is the same as last year. We are having lunch catered and PARS will be providing the food including main dishes like fried chicken, hot sausage, assorted slider sandwiches, sides like potato salad and tossed salad and drinks and dessert. Paper plates and plastic ware will be provided by PARS, anyone is welcome to bring a side dish or things like cut up watermelon, just bring a serving utensil. There is good parking adjacent to Roosevelt pavilion and it is an easy roll-up for anyone in a wheel chair. So please park in the parking lot next to the Roosevelt Pavilion.
